the Park Avenue Cafe has seasons!
Park Avenue Autumn is sweet. i love the whole idea of seasonal rotation of the restaurant’s everything.
a new documentary, For The Bible Tells Me So looks at Christian parents reacting to gay children.
i love the New York Times’ photo slideshows e.g. Men in Ties and On the Street / Strapped.
and these slideshows of gorgeous homes and architecture make my heart skip a beat.
without being aware, i’ve finished watching season one of Gilmore Girls.
Scott Cohen is ♥. i’m so going to miss him when he’s gone from the show. :3
i so want to get my hands on the Gilmore Girls soundtracks!
especially The Bangles’ ‘Hero Takes A Fall’.
i haven’t actually been on Facebook much this week, and my notifications are clocking up. o_O;
bah, maybe over this weekend i shall do some catching up.
but i’m already waaayy behind schedule as i blog.
too many things to do, too little time. standard position.
this weekend is going to be crap. for once i’m dreading it.
much as all i want to do is go (window-)shopping.
i returned all the library books i’ve been hoarding because a few of them are overdue.
and i fear having to pay skyhigh fines.
all of them Judith McNaught’s terribly long romance novels, come to think about it.
but at least i’m halfway through Johanna Lindsey’s Captive of My Desires, which sad to say, isn’t as promising as the rest of her Malory novels.
maybe because the male protagonist is really Drew Anderson, so there’s just that tiniest lack of Malory magic? xD
but the cover and insert are are gorgeous. ♥
